that is I can say about what just happened.

I have been a lil lax with my spiritual life for about two weeks now. My first few days here was eh but got a rhythm going then once school started it went downhill. I would sparsely have devotion and sparsely read my bible as well as prayer plummeted. It was ugly but beautifully recovered.

Yesterday, I went on a hike to check out four waterfalls and we didn’t stop there. We decided to go up higher and check out a peak. It was the awesomest sight I have ever seen in Hong Kong thus far. Blue skies, no smog, clean air, amazing view…pure beauty and peace. I had to open my eyes and just worship. He made it for me, He formed these mountains, He lead me to that place. It was gorgeous.

After the hike I went to my room, showered then watched Chandler’s “God is for God.” Stuff got real after that… prayed and ask God to help me with my spiritual life. I asked for opportunities to have bible studies in the middle of the week and to have more fellowship time with bros and sis. I just think it will be the best way to help me with my spiritual life. Encouragement from others and to encourage them as well. I guess it’s just I am. It’s how I run. 

So Sunday came and I was late for church. I had some Hillsong going my walk to church, I pretty much had my own worship sesh. The sermon was on communion. I prayed before we took it and asked if He can be real and just fill me up. The an avalanche pretty much occurred. After church we decided to have bible study this Wednesday at Jollibee (filipino fast food chain). Then we headed off for bible study then went to lunch with bros and sis. Then bible study - topic was prayer.

Then some of us went to dinner together. Afterwards we went for some desserts and that’s when God just laid it all out. The group consisted of me, two young Christians (fairly young), worship leader friend and my bible smuggling friend who is currently taking a few seminary classes and smuggling bibles into China during his free time. We all decided that we want to study a book in the bible that we are not very familiar with this Thursday and to actually chew on the whole book. I started it before but never really finished it. I think that learning together as a family is going to be amazing. Prayers answered in one day. He works that way. He never fails. 

All I can do now is to just keep eating the food He is feeding me and let His light shine for all to see!
